We're looking for volunteers to help out with the Silent Auction at Unity this year. We'll need help with calling vendors and asking them for donations and then tracking that through to make sure everything gets to DC. It's a pretty organized list, with about 10 different categories to target and a master list of goods being tracked on an Excel spreadsheet. Cheryl Tan, who has done this before, also has a pro forma pitch letter and sage advice.

Some of you have mentioned to me that you are interested, and now is the time to volunteer! Chicago has 10 people signed up already — so please help us out.
