How to Negotiate a Broadcast Contract/Raise

Location : National Arts Club -- Marquis Room, 15 Gramercy Park South -- (changes name from 20th Street) between Park and Irving Place
Subway : Take the 6 train to 23rd Street and walk south on Park Ave. Make a left on 20th Street, and walk half a block. You will find the National Arts Club (NAC) across from Gramercy Park.
