Please register for the Trivia Bowl by submitting the following information to triviabowl2011@gmail.com:

• Your name
• Team name
• Organization
• Team captain
• Names of players
• Contact information (including e-mail and phone number)

Cost: $250 per team of 10 players, or $30 per individual player. Teams are strongly encouraged; individuals will be grouped on teams on a first come, first served basis. A limited number of spectator tickets are also available for $15 each. We also welcome donations.

If paying by credit card, go to our event page on EventBrite and follow the directions. You can also use the EventBrite page to purchase tickets for a chance to win great raffle prizes (need not be at the event to win).
